Health and Safety at the Mauna Kea
- The 2023 MDF Gala will be held outdoors at the Mauna Kea's Laua Grounds.
-
Guests will be responsible for providing their own masks and tests.
Risks and Policy Changes
The health and safety of our guests is MDF's top priority. We intend to follow all CDC, state, and local health guidelines and recommendations about social gatherings and will take any necessary measures to keep our community safe. Guests are encouraged to participate only to the extent that they feel comfortable and will ultimately be responsible for any risk involved in traveling or attending the gala.
If there are changes to CDC, state, and local health guidelines in the coming weeks, we may also need to alter our COVID-19 policy accordingly. Guests will be reminded of our COVID-19 policies before the event and notified of any changes that occur between now and November 11th.
